Samuel Price Denison
born 26 Feb 1775, parents Joseph Denison & Elizabeth Butler
baptised 24 March 1775 at St. John Zachary, London [
the actual church had burned down, but service was held at St. Anne & St. Agnes, a church almost next door in Gresham Street, City of London]
I don't know where Price comes into it as it wasn't Samuel's mother's maiden name, but Samuel's sister Mary Juliana had a son named Thomas Price Swan.
Occupation: Samuel was clerk to an attorney [his uncle, Samuel Denison] and lived at Staples Inn

1796 Samuel Denison of Bedford Row left in his will to his nephew Samuel Price Denison "£400 in money and all my law books and papers in my chambers,...my shirt sleeve buttons...and linen and wearing apparel as my wife should think appropriate". There was a dispute about this Will, which had a codicil involving SPD and went to the Court of Chancery. Very complicated, have not yet got my head around it but:
07 Jul 1801 listed SPD as a debtor at the Kings Bench prison.
Death
1825 at King Street, aged 50
Burial
25 Dec 1825, St. Luke's, Old Street, London
