Hi KiteRunner

That's not much help, I think - Ann Rees (who signed) and Ann McCormick (who made her mark).

I had a look for them a while ago and found the second lady:
1851 Gadlys, Aberdare
Thomas McComic abt 1801 Ireland Head stable keeper
Ann McComic abt 1801 Ireland Wife

1861 RG9/4055 Folio: 75 Page: 10 Merthyr Tydfil Workhouse
Thomas McCormick 60 hawker Ireland
Ann McCormick Age: 59 abt 1802 In Door Pauper born: Ireland

but not the first - I guess there are fewer McCormicks than Rees in Wales! I assumed they were Rachel's bridesmaids, but Ann McC would be a bit old for that and as she was born in Ireland she can't be Rachel's remarried Mum or an aunt!
