Wiltshire Archives certainly turn around their queries fast!
I e-mailed them 40 minutes ago.
Here is the response:
"I can confirm that William HATCH jnr of Bramshaw married Christian WINTER in July 1731 (no date given) in Landford
The cost of copying the parish entry is the total of £5.00 which is our minimum copy charge and includes postage."
I am very happy now - the transcription in Ancestry is wrong, Kate, as you suspected.
