I now seem to have lost your 2nd message Elizabeth but yes, I have always felt they should at least be buried in the area. The problem is that MAYHEW is a very common surname in many Suffolk parishes & William & Elizabeth are too. I can give you the lineage for many MAYHEW families back to the 1600s especially where they have more distinctive names like Andrew & Ferrian (or variations) but can't link them to my William.
Sorry, should be talking about BULL but needless to say that is also very common.
