Sarah GREEN?

Here's the link to daughter Sarah Fossey's TOGG3 thread:
http://www.genealogistsforum.co.uk/f...t=sarah+fossey

Name - "official" name and what they were known as
Definitely Sarah, possibly Green
Date and place of birth
Names of parents
Date and place of baptism - if applicable
Details of each of his or her marriages - if any
The only likely marriage I can find is Robert Fossey to Sarah Green 10 Oct 1783 at St Dunstan Stepney. However, although there's a child born 1784 there's then an 8 year gap before the next children, which makes me wonder if there's more than one family here.
Occupation(s) - if any
Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!).
1784 Shadwell, Middlesex
1792-1794 various addresses in Spitalfields, Middlesex
1798 Whitechapel
1801-1807 Mile End New Town

Date, place and cause of death
Date and place of burial.
Details of will / administration of their estate - if applicable
Memorial inscription - if any
