Thanks Marg! :D:D

I hadn't got around to trawling for her.

I can feel another burst of cert-buying coming on - there's just so many more of them with the gx2's!!

lozaras 13-02-10 15:53

oops - I've just checked and I need another 11 for the gx2's

can I afford 77 quid??

not yet!

damn - that reminds me, I wanted to buy a lottery ticket today.

Mary from Italy 13-02-10 16:19

You don't have to trawl, Sarah, Ancestry now has all deaths indexed.

lozaras 13-02-10 18:32

oh wow!

Oops! shows how long it's been since I looked for any references. :o

lozaras 15-03-10 19:58

blast & other asterisky-type words...

I just received what I thought was her death cert:

1930 Sophia Baker
But it's for a spinster (housekeeper) in Portodown Road in Paddington.

Off on the trail again...

Last known address 1924 in Finchley

Sophia M Baker in Hackney in 1926 but she's 75 (should be 82)

I'd better start checking the children's registration districts. If she died at home in Finchley she should be in Barnet RD but I can't see her.

Ho hum

Merry 15-03-10 20:13
