Name - "official" name and what they were known as – Ma(t)thew Broom(e) Date and place of birth – abt 1776, Devonshire Names of parents - unknown Date and place of baptism - unknown Details of each of his or her marriages – to Mary Wyatt 31 October 1792, Bampton, Devon. Thanks to JayG & Tenterfield Julie :) :) Occupation(s) – Ag Lab Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!). 1841 - Boobery, Sampford Peverell, Devon Date, place and cause of death – June qtr 1848, Tiverton reg dist. Cause unknown. Can’t remember how I decided this was ‘my’ Matthew. Haven’t sent for certificate yet. Date and place of burial - unknown Details of will / administration of their estate - unknown Memorial inscription - unknown |
Sue I will contact a man in US who had Bampton registers and see if he has any more info on your Bampton marriage.

Sue, Russ has replied and it is as JayG said: Matthew Broome parish of Cleyhanger to Mary Wyatt, 31 October 1792 and recorded at Bampton. What the first one is that JayG has found at Devon FHS I don't know. I will pm you.
