The marriage of Ann Cooper

I had a convincing marriage for Ann Cooper to Henry Watson in Clerkenwell in 1799, but there is also this:

Name: Ann Cooper
Gender: Female
Marriage Date: 11 May 1795
Marriage Place: South Witham, Lincoln, England
Spouse: John Watson
FHL Film Number: 1450486

Does anyone have access to Lincolnshire marriages?
To see whether this Ann is a spinster, of this parish, and who the witnesses are?

You should be able to find the image here:

(not sure that link will work!)

The witnesses are John Goodwin and Thomas Baker. I can't see the condition, but am supposed to be dishing up dinner, so perhaps you could look harder?!! lol

John was a widower and Ann was a spinster, both OTP, married by banns. Ann made her mark.

Thanks Mary! When the smell of burning wasn't pressuring me, I could easily see the info!!

John and Ann had one dau bap at South Witham:

Elizabeth Watson bap 12 Feb 1798

Thank you both!

This seems unlikely as a marriage as I don't recognise the witnesses and this Ann was illiterate. "Mine" signed her name on her second marriage and witnessed various legal documents, so I can't imagine she would tamely make her mark.

This still feels the most likely marriage: https://www.ancestry.co.uk/interacti...nSearchResults

but another researcher has claimed it as his own.:(

I don't think it gets me any further forward, but it looks as if the witness Geo Sutton is this man https://www.ancestry.co.uk/interacti...nSearchResults

who died in Tash Street aged 53 in 1827

This is his marriage to Sarah Maria Dobinson in 1798, All Hallows, London Wall. He appears to be a labourer, from one of the post 1812 baptisms of his children.

I tried to use that Lincolnshire site to see if there were any burials for John or Ann Watson (to eliminate them), but I don't think I can be using the search correctly!
