Date and place of birth perhaps about 1780 Ireland, possibly Cork

Names of parents unknown

Date and place of baptism - unknown

Details of each of his or her marriages - somewhere around 1806, maybe in Cork to Margaret Iven or Ivis. They had at least two children born in County Cork in c1805 and c1806 and came to London by 1812, when a child was baptised at St Mary Moorfields.

Occupation(s) - labourer

Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - and please list which censuses you have or haven't found him/her on (if s/he lived in census times!).
County Cork - Michael and Margaret had two children born here in c1806 and c1807
1815 Essex Street, Whitehcapel, London
?1841 -Chapel Court, Whitechapel piece 717 Folio 32 page 11 - I think this is them, despite the couple's ages being recorded as 40. Michael was certainly alive in 1836 when he was godfather to a grand-daughter

There's a Michael Adams death in Oct-Dec 1846 in Clerkenwell, possibly could be him? No age at death on the index in those days, though.

Thanks - I'd contemplated ordering that cert at one time but that Michael was 43 - he's in the Non Con burials on Ancestry.
