There is a Caleb Osborne baptism 18 Feb 1683 at Chiddingfold, Surrey, son of Caleb Osborne. Looking at the map, Chiddingfold is only a few miles from Kirdford.

Edit - FamilySearch also lists a Kaleb Osborne baptised 18 Feb 1684 at Haslemere, son of Kaleb Osborne, but I wonder whether this is the same person as above. Off to look at ancestry...

Had a look at the Haslemere PR's on ancestry and it says "of the parish of Chitingfold". Both the baptisms look to be 18 Feb 1683/4 so they must be the same person as each other.
