From "Monumental inscriptions in the church and Churchyard of St Mary Lewisham" by HC Kirby and LL Duncan 1889 page 12.
"Sacred/to the memory of/John Crisp/many years an inhabitant/of the Parish/who departed this life/21 July 1847 aged 77 years/Also Mary Ann Crisp/wife of the above/who departed this life/12 Sep 1850 aged 78 years.

The gravestone no longer exists but a small book in Lewisham library identifies it as being on the NE side of the churchyard by the path, I took a photo of the area.
