British Newspaper Archive reaches 50 million pages
 

They have just announced that they have done 50 million newspaper pages so far. I was interested to see that they say "11 years ago, we pledged to digitise and publicise the entire collection of newspapers over at the British Library." I don't remember them saying that at the time, but I am glad to hear it!
