Does anyone have access to ww1 records if you have would it be possible for you to look up Joseph Bennett Royal Irish fusiliers battalion number 16576, I would like to know what battalion he was in to find out where he was posted during ww1.

Can’t see anything on ancestry for his service record a lot of records didn’t survive. Have you tried the National Archives?

His medal index card is available on TNA website. I think that at the moment, if you log in you can download it for free:

I can't find a service record on Ancestry either, but there is the medal roll which says the following in the column headed "In sequence Units and Corps previously served with by each individual...":

8 R. Ir. Fus. 16576 Pte
7/8 R. Ir. Fus. 16576
1 R. Ir. Fus. 16576

but it doesn't give dates when he transferred from one to another.

The medal index card shows that he received the Victory medal and the British War medal, but doesn't have any further info.
