Only thing known is that they are the parents of Thomas Purvey, baptised
baptised 21 Oct 1720, Withington, Glos.

Philip and Elizabeth are "Travellers" on Thomas's baptism.

There is also this baptism, from Windrush BT's (it says Windridge on the image):
