Help with image text

Can someone have a look at this image and let me know what offence Robert Sayer was convicted of, he was sentenced to 7 years transportation to New South Wales. Robert was convicted in Norfolk.

Robert Sayer is the fifth one down and looks like the same offence as the first criminal listed and a couple underneath and also a couple underneath Robert so it was rife it seems. I think I know what it says but not sure.

He'd probably been poaching.

Thank you, I thought that's what it said which is why it was common.

He didn't help himself when he eventually got to Australia he was a bonded servant to James Mudie in Newcastle NSW but absconded so many times, once after committing robbery and got his Certificate of Freedom in Sep 1831 at aged 41 so he served 9 years. I lose him after that and unfortunately there was another prisoner who used that name as an alias that comes up all over the place in searches.

He left a wife and 3 children behind in Norfolk, his wife went on to have another child a son (illegitimate) and her and the youngest illegitimate son and her other son ended up in the USA in the mid 1840s with the rest of the Sayer clan where she died at age 86 in 1877.
