1851 census help please

I'm tearing my hair out trying to find this family in 1851. I have them in later census. I looked on Ancestry and Find my Past.

George Young born c 1818 in Wainfleet, Lincolnshire
Mary C (stands for Crowston) Young born c 1822 in Stamford Lincolnshire
Eliza Young born 1849 Wisbech
George William Young born 1950 in Coventry.

They have another son born in Coventry in 1853 so in theory should be there. They do move to Aston in later years.

Looking through the public trees on ancestry, nobody seems to have the 1851 census entry, but also nobody seems to have George William Young's exact date of birth so I am guessing they don't have his birth cert - I don't suppose you have it either, Marg? Just thinking if we had their address from that birth cert, we would know where to start looking.

No I don’t Kate. It’s my son in laws tree. I only started it a few days ago. I can’t ask him to buy the cert as George William isn’t his direct line. Plus I’m doing it off my own back to keep me occupied.

I haven’t looked at the public trees. I’ll look. It may help.

George William’s birth is registered in Coventry.

Yes, I realise that, Marg, but I meant that the birth cert would give us an actual address.

The reason I really wanted to find them in 1851 is that on the 1911 census Mary says she's had 9 childred. 4 have died.
I have 7 possibly 8. Her maiden name was Hillam. On later census there are various grandchildren with them and I just can't tie them all in. I suppose it's possible they could be great grandchildren.
I have their children born in Wisbech, possible because they were from Lincs. plus that daughter is living with her mother as a widow in 1911.
Others born in Coventry and Aston. There is an Elizabeth's birth record b 1847 in St Pancras with mmn Hillam. Not sure though although I haven't found anymore Young- Hillam marriages.

In 1853 they were living in Far Gosford Street Coventry (baps FMP). I haven't looked there in 1851 as I'm eating my dinner!

This is the baptism of the Elizabeth born at Pancras, Marg, and she definitely belongs to that family:

The baptism, 31 Dec 1846, at St Pancras has parents George (cabinet maker) and Mary Crowson Young :)

There's also Mary Jane bap 23 Dec 1844 at St Pancras, same parents.
