Ancestry playing up?

The pages are either not loading properly or I get:
We're sorry, this page is temporarily unavailable. You can try reloading the page, or come back later.

Besides all the errors, do you suppose they are testing different things on different samples of us? I only get 20 matches displayed, Kit has a DNA dropdown which I certainly don't get.
With the feedback button, they could find out what we like or hate.
I'm nervous that they describe new features as temporary. What might disappear permanently?

I have the drop down, what browsers are people using?

I find they keep swapping me to ancestry.com and then suggesting I should be on ancestry.co.uk!

I want to contact someone I found from my ThruLines but if I click on the link the page doesn't appear and I get an error message.

kiterunner 23-04-19 09:01

Have you tried using a different browser, Elizabeth?

ElizabethHerts 23-04-19 09:04

Not yet, Kate. Probably my next move!

maggie_4_7 23-04-19 10:30

I am getting those sort of messages on both Chrome and Firefox.
