Death and burial

I'm looking for the death and burial of Anne Jones, a widow.

She lived at Llandyssil, Cardiganshire with her family. Her husband Edward Jones died in 1908.
She is with her daughter Rachel in 1911.

Edward Jones's burial:

First name(s) Edward
Last name Jones
Age 67
Birth year 1841
Death year 1908
Burial year 1908
Burial date 30 Jun 1908
Church Pantdefaid Unitarian
Denomination Unitarian
Place Llandysul
County Cardiganshire
Country Wales
Record set National Burial Index For England & Wales

There is this burial in 1913 in the same location:

First name(s) Anne
Last name Jones
Age 70
Birth year 1843
Death year 1913
Burial year 1913
Burial date 29 Jan 1913
Church Pantdefaid Unitarian
Denomination Unitarian
Place Llandysul
County Cardiganshire
Country Wales
Record set National Burial Index For England & Wales

However, the only death registration I can find is this:

JONES, ANNE 69
GRO Reference: 1912 D Quarter in NEWCASTLE-IN-EMLYN Volume 11B Page 30

I'm wondering if the burial date is accurate?

Thanks, Kate. I'm not sure how I missed that one. I had chosen similar sounding variations on the GRO website.
