Orme Joynt?

He is from Devon if that makes a difference.

I would pronounce Orme as rhyming with Warm, and Joynt the same as Joint.

Knowing Devon farmers, I would expect the "Orme" name to become more like "Erme", with the first syllable accentuated.

That's quite a name, Kit! Think I might feel a rhyme coming on .....

Incidentally, I have some friends with the same surname, plus, over the

border in North Wales we have the Great Orme & the Little Orme, limestone

headlands in Llandudno.
