I've found the will of my 5x gt grandfather which I didn't know existed before. The ordering process is a little old fashioned but they replied very promptly. A quote from their reply outlines their charges …

"Having now assessed the microfilm copy of the register I can confirm the will covers two pages. Our printouts (paper or digital) cost £3.00 for the first image and £2.00 for any subsequent images. Therefore the total cost of a copy of the will of Lawrence Butcher is £5.00. For more information about our copying services see: https://www.berkshirerecordoffice.org.uk/our-services/copying-services."

Now to fill out a form and get it in the post!
