What is happening on Thrulines?

Best Mate has masses of common ancestors.

But now, all her thru line names are in green. I lose the will to live when this happens. Again. Even the second cousins with little green leaves are shown as having no common ancestors.

Meanwhile, my cousin has been provided with a black grandfather, younger than both parents, but no DNA matches for this line which goes back several generations.

Mine looks the same as usual.

Mine is okay (though I apparently have Jewish ancestors) but sib's child starts with their great grandparents. Do not ask me why.

Well I know thru lines for my daughters is wrong as it has the wrong Peter Harrison as their great grandfather. The one listed was in York in 1911. The right one was in Ashby de la Zouch in 1911. Is there any way of altering it? I’d be interested to know.
