As you can see, all I know about Thomas is his name.
His son George Frost obligingly married for a second time in 1843
"14 December 1843
by banns in the parish of Sheffield in the County of York
George aged 36 Widower Cutler residing at Sky Edge
Father Thos Frost Labourer
Mary aged 29 Spinster residing at Glossop Road
Father Josh Burgon Sawyer
Witnesses:
Thomas Stevens
K Hudson"

The only other clue is that Thomas' son George Frost was born in c. 1807 in Stayley Bridge, according to the 1851 census.

That's in Cheshire, in case anyone's wondering, usually spelt Stalybridge nowadays.

FamilySearch has an Ann Frost buried 21 Jun 1806 at St George, Staleybridge, Lancashire, father's name Thomas Frost. (It'll be the same Staleybridge as it was right on the border.)

Thanks, KiteRunner, for the Frost death. I'll investigate further tomorrow, hopefully the internet won't be so slow then.

The other side of OH's family is from Stalybridge originally and we have baptisms and burials there for them!

I've been trying to access this site and all of the internet all evening. Everything is at a snail's pace and I was just about to give up.
