Don't forget his age would be rounded down in 1841 so he could be 15 - 19.

West Midlands BMD has a Richard Stroyd death listed in 1853 in Tipton sub-district, but it doesn't show his age at death.

Ah now I hads his death as 1858 Dudley as Richard Stroyd Dudley 6c 56
