Access on Ancestry
 

If someone has their tree on Ancestry but no longer pays a subscription, can they still access their tree to look at how they are related to someone who contacts them? I'm asking for a relative who's let her subscription drop and says she now can't see how she connected to someone who has contacted her.

They should still be able to see that, yes.

Thanks Kite, that's what I've told her but she wouldn't believe me.

I think you can still edit the tree too but not see hints or images
