I think this is the 1865 marriage (Daventry RD includes West Haddon, which is where it took place):

Marriages Sep 1865
Adams Ann Elizabeth Daventry 3b 169
Adams Ann Elizabetha Daventry 3b 169
Underwood William Daventry 3b 169

The 1868 marriage was probably in a Register Office as the Marriage Locator site can't find it.
