Their address in 1871 is 20 Weedington Road, not 16 Weddington Road, but it looks as if that road is all modern flats now.

There are some baptisms on ancestry:
Richard James Hastings born 13 Aug 1859, baptised 29 Aug 1859 Holy Trinity, Haverstock Hill, Camden, parents William and Frances, occupation clerk at somewhere I can't read, residence 9 Junction Street. Richard died the same quarter.
Florence Fanny Hasting born 29 Jul 1862, baptised 21 Sep 1862 Holy Trinity, Haverstock Hill, Camden, parents William and Fanny, occupation clerk, residence 3 Junction Street.

So they should be in Junction Street on the 1861 census, you would think. I wonder if that's one of the missing bits? Hmm, think it might be as searching for a street called Junction in London or Middlesex on findmypast comes up with no matches.

Ooooh, just had a look on FreeREG and found this!

Baptism at Priory Church of St Andrew, Stogursey, Somerset, 16 Jan 1831, Fanny, daughter of Jonas and Elizabeth Coles, abode Stogursey, father's occupation mason. Which matches the father's occupation on Fanny's marriage certificate, so that has to be her, don't you think?

This is Jonas and Elizabeth in 1851 but Fanny isn't with them:
