Joseph the son is with his brother-in-law James Harding on the 1851 Census.
James Harding married Hannah Andrews, but she was already dead.

I'm wondering whether Hannah's maiden name was Skilton as the third child had this given as a second name.

I haven't yet been able to find a marriage for Joseph Andrews and Hannah.

I too looked for such a marriage. The trouble with Ancestry is that you forget about the gaps. I don't think there are many vicars who clung to their registers in Surrey, but there were a few.

I've also tried looking for Joseph Andrews the brother born c. 1782.
He is married aged 70 on the 1851 census, but I can't find him on the 1841 census, neither can I find a marriage nor death for him

I received this extra information from Ewell:

According to the Land Tax Records of Ewell, Surrey, it would appear that a Joseph Andrews was renting a house from one William Jubb until at least 1793. As there are no Ewell burial records for Joseph or Hannah Andrew/s I can only surmise that they left Ewell after this date. As their daughter Hannah married in Frensham, have you looked at any records there?

It is possible that Joseph Andrew/s was involved in the paper making trade as William Jubb was a paper maker, like his father also William. Twenty years before, at a vestry meeting held at the Parish Church of Ewell on Easter Monday, on 12 April, 1773, it was agreed to let Mr. Wm. Jubb [senior] a parcel of ground commonly called Charman Mead for the term of twenty one years from the date thereof at the yearly rent of eleven pounds five shillings.
After WJ junior's death in 1796, the mill was leased to Thomas Sanders who eventually bought it outright.
