They were still at Essex Street in 1820 when their daughter Sarah was baptised.

Thanks Kite. That's what I should have put of course, but I put Sarah's year of birth rather than her baptism........
I have trawled through Essex St to check if they were mistranscribed but I can't find them anywhere. Sarah, although not married was living with her future husband and Edward jnr was also married by then. No sign of other daughter Elizabeth though. I have found a two yr old Edward, son of a Thomas Dow, shoemaker in Shoreditch in 1841 but I can't find a link!! |
There is a possible burial for Edward's wife in the ancestry LMA records -Elizabeth Dow of Kingsland Road buried 13 Jun 1832 Hoxton St John, age 56, but I can't see one for Edward.
