Details of each of his or her marriages - Sarah Chadder 12/10/1768 Totnes, Devon
Occupation(s) - Surgeon at Exmouth in 1781 according to will.
Addresses where they lived (including county if in UK) - Lived Exmouth Devon. Children all baptised at Withycombe Raleigh Devon.
Date, place and cause of death - unknown
Date and place of burial - unknown
Details of will / administration of their estate - Will names wife Sarah, children Sarah and William and any others they might have. Will proved 3 April 1798, written 1781. (Son John born 1782 OH ancestor and not mentioned in will.
Memorial inscription - unknown

The London Lives website has an entry for a fire insurance policy dated 1786 in the name of John Drake, surgeon, of Exmouth, Devon.

In 1751, a Philip Drake, gentleman, is a freeholder in Withycombe Raleigh: http://www.foda.org.uk/freeholders/Q...stbudleigh.htm

Hmm. Philip's will is online - PCC 1755. His eldest son (or reputed son!) is John.
