1939 Register

I was looking for a relative on the 1939 register, Albert Thomas born in Idle Yorkshire in 1875 died in Royton Lancashire,
I found it, listed with him was a Bertha Thomas his Wife,
but what has confused me is that the 3 other people are listed with him and Bertha, who were Arthur Thomas, Marjorie Thomas and Arthur Brian Thomas,

These were my Grandparents and Uncle, I dont understand why they would be on this register with Albert & Bertha, as my Grandparents & Uncle were living in Gwespyr Holywell North Wales, any Ideas please?

Thank you in Advance

I had to look it up to find out where they were listed since you didn't say, to save anyone else from doing the same:

Hi Zoe

A lot of people were in unexpected places in 1939 because of the War. My mother-in-law was in the countryside, as her parents thought it would be safer than staying in London.

Presumably Arthur, Marjorie and Arthur jr were staying or living with Albert and Bertha on 29th Sep 1939.
