Are Thrulines working?

Currently, on my tree and other trees I manage, they show the end person, but not their name. And I cannot see where new matches lie. BM has 46 matches on one line, via some six siblings, and I have no idea which is the new one.

Just me, or everyone?

Well it seems to be but I now have 68 new DNA matches which seems unlikely.

If by the end person, you mean the person who is a DNA match to you, it is doing the same to me, just showing them as "Private", and if I click "Evaluate", nothing happens. I've tried on a few different browsers and it is the same on all of them. Luckily I haven't got any new matches on there, so I don't really need to look at it just now.

Also, looking at a relative's Thrulines, it seems to be showing the name of a DNA match who died last year, but if I search the relative's DNA match list for that name, it doesn't come up, and since "Evaluate" does nothing, I can't look at the details of the match with that person. And they don't seem to come up using the "Common Ancestors" filter, either.

Oh, I did manage to get it to work properly by clicking through from the name of another DNA match on that line. I don't think the person it was telling me to "Evaluate" is actually a DNA match after all, now I can see it properly! Of course, this won't help in most situations.

Thanks, both of you.

I imagine that if this were a British product, we would not be able to see the actual name of the DNA match for GDPR reasons, but it is frustrating to not even know what the new match is.

Seems to be working properly again now.

Yep, I meant to post last night. Unfortunately, having crawled all over Thrulines, I now don't seem to be able to find that new match.

I realise the 68 new matches are just one new DNA match across 68 ancestors, my first cousin has had a DNA test.
