FreeREG has a baptism 6 Apr 1764 at St Mary Magdalene, Chewton Mendip, of Sylus, son of Samuell Durbin and Sara.

Then there are baptisms for children of Silas and Ann 1787 1789 1792 1794 1796 1798 1802 and 1806. So it looks as though he married an Ann some time in or before 1787. I can't find the marriage though.

There are lots of trees on ancestry which have the marriage as 5 Dec 1785 Chewton Mendip, to Ann Roswell, and his burial as 28 Jun 1835 at Chewton Mendip. You might be able to confirm these on the Chewton Hundred Group but you have to join it:
