3rd Cousin or 3/4 6th Cousins?
 

I have a predicted 3rd Cousin with a shared 190cms across 12 segments. I can not find that close a relationship but have found several at the 6th cousin level. Would they all add up to appear to be a closer relationship? You can see how little I understand!!:confused::o

I have a quadruple 5th cousin with whom I share 17 cM, Glen. I think it's unlikely that triple or quadruple 6th cousin would add up to as much as 190 cM, though I'm certainly not an expert.
