It is the same person, because his children also use both surnames at various times, but I was stuck for a long time as I didn't know about them being called Glass. He is named as John Glass on a lease and release in 1812 with half-sisters Ann and Mary and half-brother Robert. Ann is named as the wife of Aaron Llewellyn, and her surname is Glascodine on that marriage.
