I have just bought Elizabeth's death certificate (digital image) from the GRO.

It gives the final confirmation that this lady was the widow of Samuel Clay as the informant, present at death, was Maria Clay, who was the wife of her son Mitchelson Clay.

Other Ancestry trees don't have her marriage to Richard Allen and have her dying in 1813.

She was a ripe old age, 95, confirming the baptismal record I have for her.
