Seem to be saying that the main British Newspaper Archive indexing isn't very good? Anyway, I tried a couple of names and it does look good.

It does look to be well done, pity I don't have anyone in Essex. One of the best things is that it highlights the name on the page, which the existing search doesn't.

The British Newspaper Archive indexing isn't at all good, but it's slightly better than the existing FMP search.
